about us?

about our club from the beginning

the club has been running for more than five years,under different names,as we had different homes for the group back then? our new hall was aquired after much negotiation with the locl council,it took many months to get permission for the use of it,and many more months too repair and restore it. the hardest part,was raising the money to do all the restorations,this was finaly finnished enough for us to open in march of this year. we still have much to do,but we are now up and running,growing in number,every week. take a look at the before and after photos,it gives you an idea of what we were facing at the start,but it cannot show all the time and effort,in getting it finnished?

with the help of a lottery grant from the awards for all group,we are buying new equipment and training aids. WE NOW NUMBER OVER FIFTY MEMBERS,AND ARE GROWING?
